HXAY800/1100A GRAVURE FULL-AUTOMATIC COMPUTER TOPPING COLOR PRINTING MACHINE (SEVEN MOTORS)
1. Application: this machine is suitable for BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD and composite films and papers with the same properties. The printing speed of this machine is 5-150m/min, and the mechanical speed is 160m/min.
2. Main drive mechanism: The main drive adopts variable frequency motor to drive each group of printing plates. Features: Save electricity.
3. Axle-free plate mounting mechanism: The cylinder is used for plate mounting, the mandrel is pulled for plate mounting, and the screw is used for horizontal adjustment. Features: Reduce plate changing time, ensure concentricity and improve product quality.
4. Ink scraper mechanism: The scraper can be adjusted up and down and its angle at will. The scraper pressure adopts double cylinders, and the horizontal movement adopts synchronous motor to rotate the cam. Features: Extend the life of the edition.
5. Imprinting lifting mechanism: Imprinting adopts double-cylinder lifting pressure and cam self-locking positioning, which protects the air leakage of the cylinder and the falling of the shutdown cylinder. Features: Ensure average pressure and color difference.
6. Color-matching manipulator: The synchronous motor controlled by computer is adjusted by ball screw driven by speed reduction to carry out automatic color matching. Features: Rotary lubrication, high color registration accuracy.
7. Receiving and feeding structure: Double-station receiving and feeding rack, full-automatic coil changing and full-automatic material receiving are adopted. The discharging tension and drawing tension of receiving and discharging are controlled by variable frequency vector, and the receiving is controlled by vector frequency conversion. Features: Accelerated color registration is stable, printing plates do not run horizontally, and materials, ink, solvent and energy can be saved for mass printing. When the material receiving speed is 120m/min, the maximum waste of material receiving is about 10m, which is about 20m less than that of the three motors, and the ink, solvent and energy are saved by about 15%, thus greatly reducing the cost of main products.
8. Drying and cooling structure: Ovens use centrifugal fans to blow and suck and water-cooled rollers to reduce the film temperature. Electric heating pipes are distributed at the blowing ports of each group of ovens for heating. Air volume heat circulation is formed inside the ovens, and the temperature is controlled by an intelligent temperature controller. The back rollers are air-cooled to ensure the film temperature reduction. Features: Save electricity.
